The Chinese drug pair Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza)–Sanqi (Panax ginseng) has been widely used for centuries treating various cardiovascular disorders, among which salvianlic acid B (SAB), ginsenoside Rg1 (GRg1), ginsenoside Rb1 (GRb1) and notoginsenoside R1 (NGR1) were identified as the major components. The present study focused on the interaction between these components based on investigating their intestinal absorption using the Ussing chamber technique. The concentrations of SAB, GRg1, GRb1 and NGR1 in the intestinal perfusate were determined by LC–MS/MS method, followed by Q (accumulative quantity) and Papp (apparent permeability). The results showed that all these four main components displayed very low permeabilities, which implied their poor absorption in the rat intestine. The intestinal absorption level of SAB displayed regioselectivity: duodenum < jejunum < ileum. However, there was no significant difference in the absorption of GRg1 and GRb1 in the different segments. The Q and Papp values of the four main components were obviously increased in jejunum when co‐administrating Danshen extract with Sanqi extract. In conclusion, compatibility of Danshen and Sanqi could remarkably improve the intestinal absorption level of the main components in the pair. To some extent, this might explain the nature of the compatibility mechanisms of composite formulae in TCMs. 相似文献

依据相关光谱式红外气体传感器检测原理,以系统中红外光与气体反应的气室为研究对象,利用光学设计专用软件Tracepro对理想红外朗伯光源在不同反射镜类型下光源的最佳位置进行了仿真分析;通过建立光路传输系统的数学模型,对气室不同结构尺寸下的光功率输出、以及气室内壁反射率对传感系统性能的影响进行了仿真与优化.在理论模型的基础上,根据仿真结果,确定了最佳气室模型的参数组合.实验结果表明,通过对气室中红外光源的位置、反射镜类型、气室长度等部分进行适当的优化修改后,可使探测器接收信号幅度得到明显提高,将有利于后级电路的信号放大、数模转换等处理过程,从而提高气体浓度检测的灵敏度和精度. 相似文献

An emulsion chamber was used to study the characteristics of high energy nuclear interactions from the production spectra
ofγ-rays. The emulsion chamber, which comprised of two parts, namely the detector and the graphite producer unit, was exposed
to cosmic rays for about 7 hr at an atmospheric depth of 10 g cm−2 at Hyderabad (geomagnetic latitude 7·6°N). 720 electromagnetic cascades due toγ-rays were recorded in the detector. These cascades were classified into three groups; (a)γ-rays from nuclear interactions in the detector (b)γ-rays from nuclear interactions in the producer unit and (c)γ-rays of atmospheric origin. The energies of the cascades were determined using photometric method. The spectra ofγ-rays from groups (a) and (c) were determined and compared with similar spectra obtained at greater atmospheric depths. The
spectra were found to obey a power law. The spectrum ofγ-rays of atmospheric origin was found to steepen at high energies,E

The significance of kinetics on the development of microstructures in connection with sintering of ceramics is well recognized. In practice, however, it still remains a challenge to prepare designed microstructures via engineering the sintering kinetics because of an insufficient understanding of the different operative mechanisms that are in many cases overlapping. In this article the kinetic issues involved in sintering are described and discussed with respect to their potential for prototyping microstructures that yield desired properties. By exploiting and mastering the differences present in the kinetics of grain sliding, densification, chemical reactions, and grain growth, respectively, we have established processing principles for producing bulk ceramics with microstructures consisting of nano-sized grains, aligned grains, and/or non-equilibrium-phase constitutions, and for achieving radically improved superplasticity in brittle ceramics. Although the studies quoted in this article were mainly carried out by spark plasma sintering, more general implications of them are expected, including efficient particle sliding, deformation-induced dynamic ripening, superplastic deformation-induced dynamic ripening, and non-equilibrium integration. 相似文献
